All TagNYC purchases are digital goods (paint packs, color packs, cap packs, buff protection, and subscriptions). Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled as follows:
Paint packs, color packs, cap packs, and buff protection are non-refundable once the digital items have been credited to your account and used. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased items, contact hello@tagnyc.co within 7 days for a refund or replacement.
Subscriptions (Crew, All City Pass) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues within 48 hours. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
